Heathrow T4 moves continue

El Al is the latest airline to move from Heathrow T1 to T4 as the airport version of musical chairs (musical airlines?) continues with T1 due to close completely at the start of the winter programme.  The Israeli carrier makes the move today (27 April).

Business Class passengers will be hosted at the new T4 Plaza Premium Lounge prior to the opening of a completely new King David Lounge towards the end of the year.  Kosher food will be on offer at the Plaza Premium facility.

From Tel Aviv Ben Gurion airport El Al offers up to 11 weekly flights to Heathrow and 15 to Luton.  These are operated on 777-200, 747-400 and 767 aircraft.   www.elal.com
