Heathrow conference facility

The Park Inn by Radisson London Heathrow has launched its stylish new Aviator conference facilities.  The refurbishment includes 41 conference rooms and 26 syndicate rooms. With 895 bedrooms, the hotel now has the largest capacity in Heathrow for residential conferences.  It claims to be the nearest hotel to Heathrow Central, situated at the junction of the M4 extension, Bath Road, Heathrow Tunnel.

The conference rooms have been transformed with new carpets, curtains, lighting, doors, electrical and audio visual equipment.  This project follows closely on the tail of a £10m refurbishment project undertaken at the hotel.  The large-scale refurbishment saw a complete overhaul of 650 guest bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the hotel’s bar, lobby, lounge area and public areas.  The remaining 245 bedrooms will be completed by early 2015.

Coloured LED ceiling lighting, which can be instantly personalised to client needs, in their brand colours for example, has been used to enhance in-room ambience and create the right atmosphere regardless of the time of day.  Digitalised conference room signage can also be personalised.  In addition, the hotel offers two fully serviced business receptions, ensuring that business needs are met from the point of arrival.  Free wi-fi is provided.  www.parkinn.co.uk/airporthotel-heathrow
