Melia Hotels INNSIDE has opened its third property in Madrid.
The brand first arrived in Madrid in 2013 and has been well received by locals and visitors alike. The new INNSIDE, which has 120 rooms and seven suites, has undergone a full renovation. It was built in the 1950s and was once Ernest Hemmingway’s home in the city. INNSIDE Suecia is centrally located in the Cortes district next to the Circulo de Bellas Artes and close to the Calle Alcala, Gran Via and Plaza Cibeles.
The hotel houses an expansive rooftop bar, The Balcony. It is set over two floors with stunning views of the skyline.
INNSIDE Suecia is equipped with multifunctional space for meetings and events, including a large terrace on the 11th floor with spectacular views, for large and sophisticated events. The hotel also has a fully equipped gym and guest parking.
Founded in Germany in 1993, INNSIDE by Melia is part of Melia Hotels International and has a current portfolio of 12 hotels (nine in Germany and three in Madrid). The brand has plans to open a further eight hotels in the next two years, with its first UK property in Manchester, Autumn 2014. www.melia.com
