Sushi with Pegasus

Pegasus, the Turkish airline that operates a Stansted – Istanbul route has now added a selection of sushi to its Pegasus Café pre-order menu.

The sushi menu, prepared by specialist airline catering company Turkish DO&CO, is available in eight different varieties and on all flights (both domestic and international) departing from Istanbul’s Sabiha Gokcen airport across the Bosphorus in Asia.

Sushi can be pre-ordered for £10.26 on routes outside of Turkey and for £9.84 on routes within Turkey.

Pegasus Airlines’ General Manager Guliz Ozturk says: “Within the remit of our vision to continuously refresh and expand what we offer our guests, our Pegasus Café pre-order menu offers more than 20 choices ranging from mushroom ravioli to prawns, and from schnitzel to a selection of salads.  As from this month, sushi has been added to this wide selection of food – for the enjoyment of our guests in the skies”.

Pegasus Airlines' pre-order menu includes choices to help mums with babies of two and under, as well as low-fat, gluten-free, low-lactose and vegetarian options for those pursuing a healthier diet or who have food intolerances. www.flypgs.com
