No Exclusions Ltd, the British travel insurance specialist, has launched a new partnership for missed flight cover. Spanish airline Vueling, part of IAG, has added the innovative consumer protection package to their online flight bookings.
Missed Flight Cover offers airline passengers a practical solution for continuing on their journey, with the choice at the airport of a new ticket on the next available flight or a full flight refund.
Simply by registering their claim at the Vueling Sales Desk within four hours after their scheduled departure, the policyholder will receive immediate assistance from the 24hr Missed Flight Cover Helpline.
It is a straightforward policy with no claims paperwork, additional fees or excesses. It also covers the cost of any pre-booked flight related services, such as reserved seating, hold luggage, infant charges and credit card and booking fees.
The cover is priced from €9 single flight and €13 return on the Vueling website.
Jane White, Sales & Marketing Director, No Exclusions comments: “Our research has highlighted significant passenger concerns about not reaching the airline gate on time and our new policy provides a tailored solution to alleviate these worries by protecting the value of their flight ticket, which costs considerably more on the day of travel”. www.noexclusions.com www.vueling.com
