LAS for World Routes

World Routes, the international airline/airport gathering, heads to the USA for the first time next weekend (5-8 October) with the event in Las Vegas.  It is the largest to date, with over 3,000 delegates expected.

Organisers are still receiving registrations from airlines, airports, tourism authorities and governments.  Recent new confirmations have included Air Labrador, Air India Express, Azul, Flex Flight, Fly Aviator, Inter Island Airlines and Polet Airlines.

There are over 7,000 pre-scheduled meetings that will take place over three days.  The programme also includes multifaceted conference content including the World Routes Strategy Summit together with more than 30 Route Exchange Airline Briefings and other relevant content typified by the Invest & Manage Airports panel discussions.

Key speakers include: Susan Kurland, Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs, US Department of Transportation; Stephen Attenborough, Commercial Director, Virgin Galactic; Lee McCabe, Global Head of Travel, Facebook; Christine Duffy, President and Chief Executive Officer, CLIA – Cruise Lines International Association and Rossi Ralenkotter, President/CEO, Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority.  Plus airline CEOs galore.

If you want to relax, the industry data provider, OAG, will have a really smart new game for people to play at stand N88.  And new products too. www.routesonline.com
