It would seem that someone at the UK Department for Transport wanted to be scrupulously fair with the headline picture for the publication of its 'Davies' update last week.
No British airports.

No sense of a large new hub.
The picture they chose shows the apron at an unknown Australian airport with three REX (Regional Express Pty Ltd) 36-seat Saab 340s waiting for passengers.
The image reminds Business Travel News of RAF Northolt except for the venerable Saabs replaced by even quieter ATR/Bombardier aircraft.
