Holiday Inn Rome

Rome will by the end of the year be the home of three Holiday Inn properties.  Due to open in the fourth quarter 2013 is the Holiday Inn Rome – Pisana, a conversion from the New Pisana Palace and offering 229 bedrooms, two restaurants and an elegant lounge bar.   The hotel’s seven meeting rooms will be equipped with the latest audio and visual technologies, and the addition of free wi-fi throughout.

The hotel is located in a strategic location, a three-mile drive from Rome's Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) ring road, equal distance (15 miles) from Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and seven miles from the exhibition centre Fiera di Roma.  St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican complex are about five miles away.  There is a free shuttle service to the underground station Cornelia and the bus terminal is in front of the hotel. www.ihg.com/holidayinn/hotels/us/en/rome
