Business Travel Show

Centaur, organisers of next week’s Business Travel Show at London’s Earl Court, have published a very comprehensive 30-page on-line Show Preview which is also being mailed to prospective visitors.

The show is being opened by Willie Walsh in his role as Chief Executive of IAG and President of the London Chamber of Commerce.  There are over 50 discussion sessions.

In order to make visiting easier various areas have been allocated to particular parts of the industry including what is termed 'The Airline Pavilion', a line-up of carriers from around the world, providing in many cases a specialised operation, or an alternative to the major airline serving the market.

The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) also have a pavilion.  Thanks to their ‘home away from home’ appeal, the bookings for serviced apartments are on the up and up.  With 20 suppliers showcasing more than 100 serviced apartment locations worldwide, the ASAP provides an alternative to traditional hotels.

The Institute of Travel & Meetings (ITM) returns to the show with the ITM Village, where buyers can meet a wide range of supplier members and find out more about the benefits of becoming an ITM member. www.businesstravelshow.com
