Jordan Best Western

Best Western has opened its first hotel in Jordan, the Best Western Grand Hotel Madaba.

Madaba is an ancient city, 30km south of the Jordanian capital Amman and on the doorstep of the country’s most popular tourist sites.

The new modern midscale Best Western hotel offers a total of 70 comfortable air-conditioned guestrooms, each with a balcony to take in the sights and sounds of the city.  All rooms come with satellite televisions, minibars and complimentary internet access.

Guests can also benefit from a range of leisure facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool and terrace – perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the city –plus a health club, restaurant and lobby lounge.  For corporate guests, the hotel also offers a business centre and meeting space for up to 80 people.

The new property marks the latest stage in a major Middle Eastern expansion for the company.  So far in 2012, Best Western has opened seven hotels in the region, debuting in four countries – Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Jordan.  www.bestwestern.com
