On Tuesday, The Middle East Business Aviation (MEBA) show opens its doors with the organisers predicting high numbers of attendees, over 7,000 trade visitors are expected. This year there is a new site, Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai World Central (DWC).
MEBA will feature an exhibition of 385 companies inside the terminal building at DWC, 24 hospitality chalets at the departure gates and a static park of over 45 business aircraft in front of the airport runway – a unique location for a unique event.
The show runs for three days and will host all the major manufacturers who will be displaying their aircraft at the show including Boeing (USA), Gulfstream (USA), Bombardier (Canada), Embraer (Brazil) and Airbus (France). These fleets include Legacy, Global Express, BBJ and ACJ.
The show not only hosts the manufacturers of business aircraft but also the entire supply-chain. From the business airports such as London Biggin Hill, Fujairah Airport and Tag Aviation at Farnborough to leasing companies, insurance brokers, financiers, operators and suppliers. It is a complete one-stop shop for anyone involved in or interested in the business aviation market. www.meba.aero
