Foreign exchange specialists Moneycorp has created a partnership with Ryanair which will allow UK passengers to access currency swaps through the Ryanair website.
With its usual total exaggeration Ryanair claims that customers could save as much as £100m in foreign exchange transactions by guaranteeing themselves better-than-high-street exchange rates. It is not an airborne money exchange but a clever way of reminding British clients that for most places in Europe they need Euros at the other end. Why not book the cash whilst booking the flight?
Moneycorp’s Tracey Tivnan said: “One of the UK’s fastest growing foreign exchange companies, Moneycorp, will ensure that Ryanair customers are getting the best possible deal for their pounds by beating competitor rates day after day. We consistently deliver the best rates for travellers who are able to earn an additional €20 for every £500 worth of currency purchased online. Currency is delivered through Royal Mail Special Delivery, with free next-day delivery for orders over £500”. www.ryanair.com
