Istanbul Asian Hilton

Hilton Worldwide is to open its first branded property on the Asian side of Istanbul in Autumn 2013.  Hilton Istanbul Kozyataği Conference Center & Spa joins a fast growing portfolio of 40 hotels across Turkey that are either currently trading or under development.  Hilton has been established in Turkey since 1955.

The upscale property features 317 rooms and more than 2,000sq m of events space.
 
The hotel will comprise two iconic 16-storey towers which sit on top of a three-storey podium.  The upper floors will provide incredible views of the Marmara Sea and Princess Islands with the rooftops playing host to a speciality restaurant and stylish destination bar.  There is a direct link to the award winning Optimum Shopping Centre via a pedestrian footbridge.
 
The hotel will be reached directly from the major E5 motorway which links Istanbul with capital city Ankara.  The site lies almost equidistant to both of Istanbul’s major airports, Ataturk International and Sabiha Goken, with the terminals each around 15 miles away via motorway.  Further transport links will be provided by a new metro station within walking distance. www.hilton.com
