Serviced accommodation

AKA, a US-based serviced accommodation specialist, is expanding internationally and bringing its fully furnished and high-design suite living for stays of 30 days or more to London and has opened reservations from October onwards.  AKA West End, the first international property from the growing brand, will be located in Bentinck Street in Marylebone.

The historic 1920s property is being transformed into nine contemporary residences that embrace the integrity of the original architecture and the spirit of the neighbourhood.  Most of the studio and one and two-bedroom residences will occupy its own floor to provide the ultimate in luxury of space and anonymity.  Each suite will feature bespoke furniture; gourmet kitchens with grey lacquer cabinetry, charcoal caesarstone countertops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as marble baths.  Artwork, which will be unique to each suite, will complement the overall design.

AKA West End will also feature a Mews House, an exclusive two-bedroom, two-bathroom home which includes a study and private garage.

Rates will start at approximately £290 per night for suites and £790 per night for the Mews House, all with a minimum 30-day stay. www.stayaka.com
