Melia to Dubai

Dubai now has a Melia hotel, not only the first of the brand in the city state but also the first in the Gulf Region.  The Spanish company says it is active in opening other properties in the area.

Located in the heart of traditional Bur Dubai, the hotel, designed by innovative renowned architect Marco Mangili, is situated within easy reach of the main shopping and commercial districts and only 10 minutes away from the international airport for which a courtesy shuttle is provided.

The hotel has 164 rooms ranging from the so-called standard accommodation, with a minimum of 32m², to the Presidential Suite, a duplex of 130m².  A feature is 'The Level', located on the 7th floor of the hotel, providing magnificent panoramic views over the city’s skyline and the Burj Khalifa Tower.  There is a rooftop swimming pool and conference facilities for up to 150. www.melia-dubai.com
