AER LINGUS will increase the number of destinations served from Gatwick by adding six more cities in Europe. The Irish national carrier will start services from Gatwick to Bucharest, Eindhoven, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Vilnius and Warsaw. Aer Lingus will continue with services to Dublin, Faro, Knock, Malaga, Munich, Vienna and Zurich but has decided that the Nice service will be discontinued during the winter months. When the new routes are begun Aer Lingus will operate 118 round trips a week from Gatwick. The new services start on 25 October except Vilnius that will begin on 10 September 2009. www.aerlingus.com
