Victoria Z hotel

Today (18 June) sees the opening of London’s second Z Hotel, in Lower Belgrave Street, just off Buckingham Palace Road, and close by Victoria Station.  With eight floors it features 106 rooms.

With room rates starting at just £65, Z Victoria will adhere to the Z Hotels’ ethos of providing the quintessential ‘Urbanite Stay’ experience; short stay accommodation offering the highest levels of quality and comfort, at an affordable price and all in city centre locations.  All rooms feature the latest 40” Samsung LED High Definition TVs with Sky Sports and Sky Movies available at no extra cost, power showers, bespoke hand-crafted beds, docking stations compatible with all mobile and laptop devices, and free wi-fi throughout the hotel.

For guests and non-residents the Z Café serves coffee, fresh breads and light snacks.

Last October Z Hotels opened its first London property at Cambridge Circus, just by the Palace Theatre.  Prices here are slightly higher (from £85 per night), the building a conversion of 12 Georgian Town Houses. www.thezhotels.com
