British Midland International, which is not sure if it should be called bmi, has launched a new easy-to-use mobile site enabling customers to book and pay for flights using their smartphones, becoming the first British airline to do so.
The new mobile site allows customers with smartphones to gain enhanced access to the website. Users will get the key functionality that they would ordinarily get from accessing flybmi.com on a computer but deliverable on the move and at their fingertips.
The options now available include an ability to search and book flights, uncover the lowest fares by region, manage the booking, check-in, find the flight status and timetable information, gain airport information. There is a Frequently Asked Questions section and Diamond Club members can access their account to view their miles balance. http://mobile.flybmi.com
