Blue Islands summer 2021

Now backed by the Ports of Jersey (see BTN 6 July) and in a codeshare with Loganair for routes north from Southampton  Blue Islands has put its summer 2021 flights on sale.

Amongst the small British regional carriers it is the only one to offer double allowance (2 x 23kg) and a free seat choice.  Jersey has been far ahead of the UK in dealing with Covid-19 and Blue Islands has led the way in terms of air transport compliance.

Rob Veron, CEO of Blue Islands, said: “Blue Islands’ summer 2021 schedule sees high frequency services across its UK network including up to three flights each way per day on Exeter – Manchester and Southampton – Manchester services, plus a daily Southampton – Dublin service is included in the schedule.  Furthermore, the airline is also serving Exeter – Jersey together with double daily Bristol – Jersey flights and up to four flights per day on Southampton – Jersey to facilitate same-day return options.  Summer 2021 will also see the return of Blue Islands’ summer service from Newquay to Jersey and Guernsey.”

Rob concluded: “Our new schedules and the return of our Welcome Difference service is designed to make regional air travel easy and fun again.”
