Aerotel moves in at Beijing Daxing

The world’s largest chain of in-terminal airport hotels, Aerotel, part of the Plaza Premium Group, has continued its strategic expansion in China by establishing a presence at the newly-opened Beijing Daxing International Airport.

The 9,000sq m two-storey facility in the Northeast pier has 215 rooms in five categories including deluxe doubles and accessible, all designed to facilitate good sleeps or power naps with quality bedding, pillow options, soothing lighting and powerful showers.

As the flagship property and in a first for Aerotel, the hotel houses two meeting rooms – Xijin House and Jibei House, and one VIP room Guji House, all taking the ancient names of Daxing.

The multi-functional facilities are equipped with audio and visual systems and designed to provide venues for meetings, private dinners and small social gatherings with a capacity of up to 36 guests.

Plaza Premium founder and CEO Song Hoi-See said: “We created Aerotel to take care of travellers needing a space to rest right at the terminal with no constraint on check-in time and we are proud to become an integral part of Beijing Daxing.”

Guests, who can check-in at any time during the day or night using Aerotel’s by-the-hour package system, also have access to high-speed wi-fi service for connectivity and IPTV for entertainment plus a Fitness Corner, Game Room and Library Lounge.
