PremiAir Manchester goes on sale

Bookings have opened for Manchester Airport’s new private terminal, PremiAir, for selected dates from 11 November. With packages starting from £50, the facility will be open to passengers travelling with partner airlines regardless of ticket class.

As revealed earlier (BTN 13 May), the terminal will offer different packages to suit individual passenger needs, including the Priority package at £50 a person for passengers with just hand luggage travelling for business or for weekend breaks.

This gives passengers the option of arriving at the airport just 60min before their flights to receive a personal welcome, dedicated security channel and luxury transfer across the airfield to their departure gates.

The Premium Departures package at £100 offers all the benefits of Priority, plus relaxing in a lounge with runway views and free food and drink while their hold luggage is processed.

Other packages are available, plus groups of up to 50 can also now book the PremiAir Suites, aimed at business travellers and offering fully-equipped professional spaces for meetings and other gatherings before or after flights.

Partners in the PremiAir venture so far include Thomas Cook Airlines, Oman Air, Ethiopian Airlines, Pakistan International Airlines and TAP Air Portugal, with more expected to join by the time the terminal opens.
