LCY – Consultation dates

Following the announcement of a new Master Plan, London City Airport (see BTN 1 July) has confirmed the following dates and venue for a series of presentations on taking the airport forward from 2020 to 2050. 

Tuesday 9 July, 15:30–19:30
Greenwich: Broadwater Village Hall. 1C Goosander Way, West Thamesmead, SE28 0ER

Thursday 10 July, 16:30–19:30
Newham: Canning Town Library, Rathbone Market, 18 Barking Road, E16 1EH

Wednesday 11 September, 12:00–19:00
Central London: The City Centre. 80 Basinghall Street, EC2V 5AR

Thursday 12 September, 15:30–19:30
Tower Hamlets: Southern Grove Community Centre, Southern Grove, Mile End, E3 4FX

Saturday 14 September, 10:00–16:00
Newham: Royal Docks Learning and Activity Centre, Albert Road, Royal Docks, E16 2JB.

London City Airport has confirmed that interested parties can respond in person, by post, email and online.

Business Travel News editor-in-chief Malcolm Ginsberg, an authority on LCY, having first visited the site in 1982, and the author of London City Airport – 30 years serving the capital, expects by next Monday to have devoured the 84-page report and will COMMENT on its contents.
