The Business Travel Show (see in this issue) is still accepting applications for hosted buyer places for those who have a travel spend of more than £1m. Show director David Chapple is keen to consider applications. The programme includes free travel and accommodation as well as exclusive conference content and networking opportunities.
If you don’t meet that criteria, Olympia is a very accessible site except for the London Underground (Kensington - Olympia), which operates only at the weekend.
For public transport users, the Kensington (Olympia) stop is on the London Overground network which means easy access from Gatwick (via Clapham Junction) and a good service via the North London line to Stratford. There are also hourly trains from East Croydon to Milton Keynes with various stops.
Heathrow users should take the Piccadilly line to Hammersmith and either take a taxi, or bus, or walk. Barons Court on the same line is 10min away by foot and High Street Kensington just a little bit further, offering the Circle or District lines. From central London, Knightsbridge, again on the Piccadilly line, is a short bus or taxi ride away and a popular route.
