Top line-up for Accelerate

Close behind the AOA conference (see story in this issue), another of the key industry gatherings of the year takes place at the Hilton Tower Bridge in London on 14-15 November with the arrival of the Accelerate: Aviation 2018 conference.

The annual gathering is designed to bring together innovative speakers from the industry, including senior professionals from airlines, airports and other sectors to share their knowledge.

Providing real-life examples from their wealth of experience, they will be discussing the key strategic issues the industry faces.

Delegates will be able to learn how these pioneering speakers are embracing digital transformation, tackling the goldmine of passenger data, personalising the customer experience and dealing with disruption.

Airline heavyweights among the speakers include easyJet chief operations officer Chris Browne, SAS executive vice-president and chief operating officer Lars Sandahl Sørensen and El Al president and CEO Gonen Usishkin.

Joining them are Swoop president Steven Greenway, Vueling chief commercial officer David Garcia, Air Malta chief commercial officer Paul Sies and Royal Schiphol Group chief digital officer Henk Jan Gerzee.
