Aviation Festival sets date

The Aviation Festival conference and exhibition, billed as one of the largest and most established aviation and travel technology shows in the world, returns to the Business Design Centre in London on 5-7 September with thousands of industry experts expected.

The conference element typically attracts many C-Suite and other senior aviation and airline leaders, this year representing among others Emirates, JetBlue, United Airlines, Dubai Airports, Finnair and Air-France KLM.

They will be debating the latest breakthroughs related to low-cost airlines, air experience, aviation IT and AI in aviation as well as retail, marketing and loyalty strategies. For the first time, the festival this year will also have a dedicated stream focusing on airport technology and experience.

The festival also incorporates a busy exhibition with some 150 top providers of aviation and travel solutions showcasing their latest products and technologies in front of the expected 3,000 visitors.

Organisers say with 80-plus free seminars focusing on the latest technologies, innovations, TMCs, diversity and women in travel, the exhibition is “a fantastic place for both knowledge sharing and partnership building”.
