Conrad opens in Guanghzou
With features including more than 1,800sq m of flexible meeting space and a 24hr administrative centre, Hilton luxury brand Conrad Hotels & Resorts is making a pitch for business travellers at its new Conrad Guangzhou.
The seventh Conrad property to debut in Greater China, it offers 309 rooms and suites in a modern 27-storey tower the heart of the Zhujiang New Town business district overlooking the Pearl River.
Room styles offer a variety of spaces starting at 48sq m, and all rooms and suites feature walk-in closets, large flat-screen TVs, wi-fi and wired internet access, coffee machines, and a hair dryer.
The hotel’s prime location is in the midst of a new, multi-use complex, putting guests within walking distance of premium shopping, entertainment and public art or able to attend to business at the nearby corporate offices.
For business travellers, express, in-room dining is available as well as an executive lounge with river views and free breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and soft drinks throughout the day.
The meeting rooms can accommodate event groups ranging in size from intimate to up to 1,000 guests and offer state-of-the-art audio-visual technology including extra-large LED screens.
