More choice from SWISS
Economy Class passengers are being given the option of obtaining access to business lounges operated by SWISS in advance of their flights in a further expansion of the airline’s SWISS Choice programme.
Passengers can also now pre-purchase vouchers for using the wireless internet facilities aboard the carrier’s Boeing 777s.
SWISS Economy customers wishing to work in peace, relax and/or enjoy the culinary attractions offered by SWISS’s airport lounges can now obtain a Lounge Voucher for CHF39 (about £30) exclusively via the airline's website.
The new option is available to passengers holding a SWISS, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines or Edelweiss ticket, and grants access to any SWISS Business departure lounge in Zurich or Geneva on the date of departure. The offer also includes the new SWISS Business Class lounge in Zurich Airport’s Terminal E.
In a further innovation, SWISS now also enables its passengers to buy vouchers before their flights for a SWISS Connect data package to access the wi-fi facilities aboard the B777 fleet.
Three options are available, ranging from 20MB to 120MB. The SWISS Connect facilities will also be available throughout the SWISS Airbus A330 fleet by next spring and aboard the carrier’s Airbus A340s from 2018.
