Jobs at Monarch

Monarch, the Luton Airport based UK independent airline group, will be attending a number of local recruitment fairs to highlight the varied roles available for candidates looking for careers in the travel and leisure industry.

In addition to the typical roles within the airline of cabin crew and pilots, Monarch has a variety of vacancies across its five UK bases from ground services and operational support to opportunities within its engineering division and office-based roles in IT, HR and marketing.

A new website showcases vacancies from across the Group; including airline, tour operating and engineering roles, it also gives prospective applicants an overview of the Group, and the benefits of working within the company.

Pauline Prow, chief people officer at Monarch, comments: “The new website has been designed to be easily navigated and is packed with information about the variety of rewarding roles in this interesting sector.  There are so many different skills required to ensure the airline, tour operator and engineering division operate at the highest level. Whatever your skill set or passion it’s guaranteed that you will be welcomed into a challenging and dynamic team.”
