easyJet pulls Gatwick flights

While its move to a total operation at the North Terminal gathers pace easyJet is to drop its Gatwick flights to Brussels, Cologne and Düsseldorf at the end of the winter season 27 March. 

No other airline has signalled an intention to take over the routes.

For the most part passengers prefer Eurostar Brussels, just 2 hours from St Pancras to near the centre of European bureaucracy.  From Heathrow you have a choice of British Airways and Brussels Airlines.

Cologne still has Eurowings and Ryanair from Stansted while for Düsseldorf the choice is British Airways at T5 or Eurowings, part of Star Alliance in T2.   www.easyjet.com
