American Airlines is singing the praises of its upgraded Business Class across the Atlantic in a new promotional campaign called ‘Going for Great’.
The airline is bringing in the improvements as part of a big investment in its fleet, with one new aircraft arriving every week.
Leading the campaign is the flagship Boeing 777-300ER, with daily flights from Heathrow to New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Dallas/Fort Worth.
It features a more spacious and private Business Class with fully lie-flat seats and direct aisle access, meaning no more squeezing past fellow passengers.
There is also transatlantic wi-fi and a walk-up bar, while on-demand entertainment is featured throughout the aircraft. The main cabin has new seats with extra legroom.
The lie-flat seats and walk-up bars are also available in First Class, and similar changes, which also feature personal power points, are being made to the rest of the American fleet, including the retrofitted Boeing 767-300s and 777-200s and the airline’s Airbus A330s. www.aa.com
