Monarch is reinforcing the launch of its new company-wide identity with a presence at WTM this year.
Andrew Swaffield, CEO of Monarch
The group’s tour operator traded previously to the travel industry as Cosmos Holidays and as both Cosmos Holidays and Monarch Holidays direct to the consumer.
From next summer, the holiday programme offered by Monarch will be aligned fully with the airline’s scheduled route network and will focus exclusively on destinations served by the airline. The tour operator is also moving away from using third-party carriers.
Monarch says an improved range of hotels at the airline’s destinations will also be introduced into the programme, meaning customers will be able to book flights, holidays and hotels in one place to a wide range of places across Europe.
Andrew Swaffield, Chief Executive Officer, said: “It seemed right for us to exhibit at WTM to reintroduce Monarch to the industry with all our travel products consolidated under one brand.”
Monarch will be located in the Europe hall at stand EU1680. www.monarch.co.uk
