Business travellers in Morocco’s largest city have a new destination with the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca 1 December.
The 186-room property, including 29 suites, has an oceanfront settting but is only 10 minutes from the city centre and financial district. Olivier Thomas, General Manager, said: “For business travellers, it’s the perfect home base in Casablanca.”
Most of the guestrooms and suites have balconies to take in the fresh air and all feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Both the signature restaurant and lobby lounge face the sea.
Room facilities include bedside charging outlets for electronics, wired and wireless technology, free standard wireless Internet and multi-line telephone with voicemail. In-room printers and fax machines are available on request.
Flexible event and meeting spaces including seven function rooms are a feature and there is a 24hr business centre.
Food and drink options include Bleu, a contemporary French brasserie with elliptical open kitchen and terrace seating, Bleu Bar next to the restaurant, and Mint, a lobby lounge offering cocktails and an all-day menu. Another restaurant and lounge, the poolside Latitude 33, opens next April.
The hotel also boasts what it claims is Casablanca’s most lavish spa, plus a fully-equipped fitness centre. www.fourseasons.com/casablanca
