Dusit to open in Oman

Bangkok-based hospitality group Dusit International has signed a management agreement for a new hotel in Muscat (Oman).

The property, which will carry the group’s dusitD2 branding and be known as the Palm Mall Muscat, is scheduled for completion in 2017 in a mixed-use development with attractions including Oman's first snow village and the Sultanate's largest aquarium. 

The hotel will have 150 guestrooms and 100 suites with meeting rooms and a ballroom for business guests and special events plus a gym, spa and pool. Dusit says the development is in keeping with its expansion strategy to launch in ‘exciting world destinations’.  www.dusit.com
