New Hilton for London

London has a new Hilton on the way with the opening next month of the Hilton London Bankside close to the City, Tate Modern, the Thames, Borough Market and Shakespeare's Globe.

It will also have good transport links to Gatwick via Blackfriars and national rail at both Waterloo and London Bridge, plus river connections at Southbank and Blackfriars Pier.

The split-level design hotel features a four-storey glass atrium, 292 rooms, a business centre, fitness complex complete with swimming pool, and a ballroom with capacity for 700 guests.

There are also 31 suites, an executive lounge, restaurant, bar and cafe and more than 1,000sqm of meeting space.  www3.hilton.com
