Travel Technology at Islington

Technology is clearly the ‘in thing’ as far as air travel is concerned with London hosting three important gatherings within the next few months.

The Aviation IT Show is a major component of the curiously named “Aviation Festival” 15-16 September 2015, which does include the World Low Cost Airline Congress, AirXperience, the Aviation Interiors Show and the Air Retail Show.  All take place at the Business Design Centre, Islington.

Two other forthcoming London gatherings also include major areas devoted to travel technology.  World Travel Market is at Excel 2-5 November, and the Business Travel Show whose new home is Olympia on 24-25 February 2016.

Sixty exhibitors are already signed up for the Aviation IT Show, including some of the world’s most innovative technology brands plus satellite operators, on-board retail service providers, enterprise software engineers, and display advertising specialists.  Highlighted are reservation systems, in-flight connectivity and entertainment, distribution systems and smart luggage add-ons.   www.terrapinn.com/conference/aviation-festival-europe/index.stm
