Doubletree Malaga

Hilton has opened a DoubleTree at Reserva del Higueron, whilst strictly not Malaga (the airport is about 12 miles away) it is likely to be known for the major city close by.

The upscale property boasts 177 guest rooms and suites and quality sports and leisure facilities.  The hotel was designed to make full use of the region’s climate and includes three swimming pools, two of which are large outdoor pools, and calming water features throughout.  Other leisure facilities include a sand sports centre, two tennis courts, and 11 padel courts.  It is a short walk from the beach and is home to the indulgent Nagomi Spa offering a range of wellness therapies alongside an indoor pool, waterfalls, a Turkish bath and a sauna.

John Greenleaf, Global Head, DoubleTree by Hilton, said: “Europe was introduced to DoubleTree in 2008 with the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Cambridge in the UK, and since then we have opened more than 50 hotels across the region with now five in Spain.”
