A new service has been introduced by car rental giant Avis to provide a specialist 24/7 assistance service designed to give customers peace of mind when on their travels abroad.
Costing just £8.99 per day and available in 11 countries including the UK, Travel Partner is an innovative concierge service providing assistance throughout a trip. It is offered in English, French, German and Italian.
Dedicated representatives are on hand 24/7 over the phone or on email, ready to offer a wide range of help typically for lost luggage, lost or stolen credit, debit and charge cards, and passport problems. Aid is also given for lost or stolen mobile phones and tablets, and with that their complete itinerary and contacts.
Available is telephone access to translation services and Avis will spend time finding local business addresses.
