Nobody expected Swindon Town to make the League One Play-off Final on Sunday 24 May.  Well certainly no one at Network Rail.

There are no train services out of Swindon that day.  The station is closed.  “Eessential testing” we are told.

The alternative for First Great Western customers is Reading by coach. 

Business Travel News would normally recommend Chiltern Railways excellent services but they too are in the middle of upgrades.
