National Express the UK’s nationwide coach service always likes to go that bit further to ensure customers get the service they want.

Efficiency is something they strive for, and it seems they have added a new super-coach to their fleet.

One passenger received their itinerary as follows:

• Departing: Ryde on 18 March 2015 at 11:15, look out for service number HO-HT1
• Arriving: London on 18 March 2015 at 11:25
• Luggage allowance: Two medium suitcases
