INNSIDE hotels for UK

Meliá Hotels is to introduce its INNSIDE brand to the UK, firstly Manchester later in 2015 and Glasgow and Birmingham in 2017.  Founded in Germany in 1993, INNSIDE by Meliá is part of Meliá Hotels International and has a current portfolio of 13 properties in its portfolio and 22 currently in the pipeline in Brazil, Chile, China, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, UK, USA and Venezuela.

The 208-guestroom Manchester property is a new build in the heart of the First Street development close by Deansgate.

The INNSIDE Glasgow location is the old British Telecom headquarters.  The building will be transformed into a stylish 4-star business lifestyle hotel with 175 rooms, restaurant and bar, meeting rooms, wellness centre and car park.

Meliá signed INNSIDE Birmingham with Regal Property Group, an investment company specialising in urban developments for residential, commercial and hotel use in the UK and Isle of Man.  The 180-room hotel will occupy the first 25 floors of the iconic, new Regal Tower which will be located in the city centre next to Brindley Place.   www.innside.com/en/index.html
