Wyndham Hotel Group, which claims to be the world’s largest hotel company with approximately 7,590 hotels, has expanded its Ramada brand in Malaysia with the opening of the 357-room Ramada Plaza Dua Sentral Kuala Lumpur, a second location in the country.
The property increases the Ramada brand’s portfolio of more than 30 hotels throughout South East Asia and the Pacific Rim at a time of unprecedented growth in the region.
Ramada Plaza Dua Sentral Kuala Lumpur offers a range of dining options from the Grill 582, Kembali Kitchen, Hugo’s On 6 and the Punch Bar & Lounge; 10 meeting rooms, all of which feature natural lighting; the on-site Avana Spa; children’s pool, and a fully-equipped fitness centre with an infinity pool.
The 33-storey hotel is a 50-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and is ideally located steps from the city’s shopping, entertainment and attractions. It is also a short walk from Kuala Lumpur’s integrated rail transportation centre and enjoys close proximity to the city’s main business and tourist hub.
Ramada is also established at the Plaza Melaka, in the heart of the historical city. www.ramada.com
