Guild of Aviation Artists exhibition

If you are in London next week and have an hour or two to spare Business Travel News can highly recommend The Guild of Aviation Artists' 44th Annual Summer Exhibition (21-27 July).  Held once again at the Mall Galleries, actually in The Mall and close by Admiralty Arch, the exhibition will this year offer over 400 original works of art on display.

Works will be offered from a wide range of techniques and styles in watercolour, oil, pen and ink, pencil, gouache, pastel and acrylic offered by members and non-members of the Guild.  Paintings by many of the world's very best aviation artists will be on show as well as pictures by talented and exciting new artists.

If you are interested in producing a piece yourself, or learning about aviation art, informal demonstrations of painting in oil, watercolour or gouache by Guild members will take place throughout the day from Tuesday until Saturday.  On Thursday at 12:00 and 18:00 there is a commentary by a senior Guild member.
