Executive aviation at Silverstone

For 2014 the British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA) Annual Conference and Trade Exhibition has moved not just its date (usually March) but to a new location – The Wing, Silverstone, Northamptonshire.

Marwan Khalek, Chairman of BBGA, (see related On Tour) will open the 2014 Conference and Trade Show on 10 June, followed by Robert Fernley, Deputy Principal, from the Force India F1 team.  He will discuss what it takes to operate a Formula One team and its array of support.

Marc Bailey, CEO of BBGA, will give an update on current industry issues including border force changes, APD and fuel duty while Peter Drissell, CAA Director of Security, will present a new approach to security in the UK for Business Aviation.

Richard Koe, Managing Director of WingX will follow, offering delegates market updates on Business and General Aviation activity.

A varied afternoon programme event will lead in to a networking evening, overlooking this world famous track, with a champagne reception, canapés and a jazz band.
