Gatwick Care

The Gatwick Service Centre has launched its Summer of Care campaign with an event for customers to see its newly refurbished service centre. This is the first customer initiative from Gatwick Airport’s official Service Centre, which partnered with Skybreak earlier this year.

The campaign highlights the many different services that the service centre has to offer and reassures customers that Gatwick Airport’s Service Centre is there to care in a large variety of circumstances.  These include everything from being able to offer customers printing and email assistance to rebooking missed flights and arranging onwards travel, accommodation and attraction tickets.

The Summer of Care campaign focuses on care for all different types of travellers at Gatwick Airport, including families, business customers and overseas arrivals.  The team has 30 members of staff which includes multilingual speakers covering 10 different languages.  They can also book Gatwick First services, which include a professional Meet and Greet service, lounges, porters and assistance for the less abled.

There are Service Centre’s in the South Terminal opposite zones J to K and in the North Terminal atrium opposite zone D.  They are open from 04:00 to 22:00 daily.  www.gatwickairport.com/at-the-airport/passenger-facilities/your-service-centre
