AND FINALLY: World Cup Fever

If you really fancy flying to Brazil for the matches you need to book your ticket now, but it may be too late.  Yes, it is possible to drive from Sao Paulo to Rio but that is about the only alternative if you can’t get a seat into the hub of the soccer.  TAM has a sale today (Monday 5 May) but we do not know how many seats are available at around £750.

If, like most of us, you are watching from home or a suitable establishment, HIB, the bathroom accessory specialist, has again come up with a World Cup Calendar, giving details of the date and time of every match being played in Brazil, with all the England games highlighted.

Says Stephen Kaye, Marketing Director of HIB: “We created similar pocket guides for the last World Cup in South Africa and more recently for the 2012 Olympics in London – so we’ve set a bit of a precedent, really!  The pocket guide is a great way of ensuring you never miss a game and stay up to date with all the action.”
