Hilton’s top branded hotel, the Conrad, has opened in Dubai with an outstanding party. On arrival, guests were greeted by a carnival of colour, light and sounds that included fire dancers, an authentic live Arabic art experience of Ayyalah dance and the famous celebratory, rhythmic, chanting dance drawn from Middle East history.
The opening of the 555‑room luxury property marks the inaugural entry of Conrad Hotels & Resorts’ brand into the Middle East.
Event space at the property covers 4,400 square metres and also includes three boardrooms, a business centre and 11 meeting rooms. One of the ballrooms is naturally lit and features an indoor elevator designed for vehicle transport.
The property is located close to key Dubai districts and landmarks including The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), as well as the popular Downtown Dubai area.
The opening of Conrad Dubai follows another Hilton Worldwide UAE property debut – Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. This luxury resort opened last in August and also marked the first time the brand had operated in the Middle East. http://conradhotels3.hilton.com
