Travel trade readers might be interested in annual Americas Workshop 2014 which again take place at the London’s Royal Geographical Society, the dates 11-13 March.
It is a small, intimate friendly event at a unique location just by the Albert Hall.
It brings together UK tour operators and ground handlers in Latin America, and provides a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which to conduct business.
This year around 60 suppliers will be exhibiting at the Workshop including small lodges, haciendas, boutique hotels, rainforest cabins, expedition cruises and DMCs (Destination Management Companies) represented by Americas, organisers of the workshop.
Annually the workshop attracts over 100 of the UK’s leading tour operators, ranging from small specialists to large well known names, plus many operators who are only just beginning to develop Latin America.
“Our exhibitors return year after year – we are always over-subscribed with exhibitors on the waiting list. Clients also return year after year – they tell us it’s a great way to meet partners, old and new, and appreciate the pre-booked appointments allowing them to achieve a lot in a short amount of time.” said Wendy McNeill of Americas.
Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Paraguay and Peru will all be represented this year. www.americas.co.uk/workshop.htm
