Aeromexico expansion

Aeromexico has announced new seasonal services from Chicago to Morelia and Puerto Vallarta.  The Mexican airline will begin the flights on 12 December and 21 December respectively; in doing so it adds an additional 31 flights a week to its services from Chicago.

The airline already offers three daily flights from Chicago to Mexico City and one daily to Guadalajara, which represents nearly 1,000 daily seats between these destinations.

New services from Fresno to Morelia, and Sacramento to Bajio/Leon in central Mexico will also begin on 17 December.

Aeromexico intends to extend its Aeromexico Contigo programme to the new routes; this offers customers in the ‘migrant market’ personalised attention and the option to transport bulky luggage.

The airline’s fleet of 115 aircraft includes Boeing 787, 777, 767 and 737 airliners as well as Embraer 145, 170, 175 and 190 models.  The new routes will be served by the airline’s fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which are specially configured for 174 passengers, with increased legroom offered by 18 AM Plus seats.

The Mexican flag carrier airline is based in Mexico City and operates scheduled domestic and international services to North America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.  www.aeromexico.com
