Aviators Ball

The annual Aviators Ball takes place at Heathrow’s Sofitel Hotel next Saturday (30 November) with just a few places still available.

It is a unique bringing together of the civilian, military and corporate sectors.  An evening of fun and fundraising is all in aid of the charity Aerobility, the flight training organisation for individuals with disabilities.

This year, for the first time, the event has been sponsored by NATS, the UK’s leading provider of air traffic services.  NATS has been supporting Aerobility since 2011, with various fundraising activities to help the charity and the great work that they do, that has raised over £150,000 to date.

NATS CEO, Richard Deakin, is dedicated to the Aerobility cause and will be speaking at the event as well as presenting the Aviators Sword, an award that recognises a person who has demonstrated triumph over adversity and strength of character in their flying. www.aerobility.com
