Heathrow upgrade for Sixt

Sixt, the German family-run hire car provider, has announced the re-opening of its Heathrow Airport branch following a major upgrade.  Situated next door to a petrol station, ideal for topping up your car on its return, the operation is just off the A30 near T4.  A frequent complimentary bus service is provided to all terminals.

The location has been undergoing refurbishment with a view to improving the consumer experience.  The site now includes state of the art, energy-saving technology throughout and an increase in service desks, which aims to speed up the hire process for customers.

The service itself has also experienced some changes following consumer feedback.  In particular, the car pick-up process has been simplified, with customers now being provided with a key and parking space number upon checking in at the branch to allow them to make their own way to their vehicle swiftly and without delay.

The branch’s fleet offers a full range of vehicles to suit both personal and business needs, including a range of economy and family cars, alongside convertibles, premium brand vehicles such as Mercedes and BMW, people carriers and vans. www.sixt.co.uk
